If you participate in the activities offered by SUPER CHILL RETREATS, you agree to the collection, use and sharing of your personal data under this Privacy Policy.

The collection and processing of your personal data is based primarily on the consent and the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship you have with us.

When we send you our newsletters, we use the email you have provided to us, based on informed consent.

To sign up for the classes and workshops taught by SUPER CHILL RETREATS, we will ask you to provide us with your name, telephone number, address and email address.

To send you information about the activities organized by SUPER CHILL RETREATS and articles related to yoga, we will ask for your email address.

SUPER CHILL RETREATS, as Data Controller, will process your personal data for the following purposes:

    1. Manage your registration in the classes, workshops and events you have signed up for.
    1. Contact you to confirm reservations and any questions that may arise regarding the classes, workshops and/or events in which you have signed up.
    1. Contact you via email regarding updates or informational communications related to the functionalities, products, including security updates to the Website, whenever necessary or reasonable for your execution.
