My greatest learnings didn’t come from my university studies; life gave them to me.

For many years, I lived outward, disconnected from myself. I lived for and for others, giving of myself without limits. I gave up on myself, I numb myself emotionally to avoid suffering, and I lost myself.
I gave up on my life, my friends, my job, my city… until life made me wake up.

How did I begin?

And so I began a path of self-knowledge, of self-discovery, of going inward, of looking from the heart, of accepting, learning, embracing, feeling, and nourishing myself with what truly fills my soul… from love, humility, and vulnerability.
That was the beginning of my personal and spiritual growth.

Since then, life hasn’t stopped gifting me with wonderful people, moments, experiences, and lessons.
Reconnecting with myself, the greatest of gifts.
I embrace and give thanks for my journey because without them I wouldn’t be who I am today.
Along the way and in my own personal evolution, I have trained in various courses and therapies, integrating tools that have helped me heal, transform, and elevate my level of consciousness to where I am today.

Currently…

Through my own personal journey, I accompany others through Breathwork, Holistic Circles, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Therapy, Essential Oils, Energy Therapies, Coaching, Retreats, and other holistic experiences.

On this journey called life, I have become aware of the great power we have, that we are capable of creating and living the life we ​​desire, that we come to this life to enjoy, to learn, to evolve, to shine, and to Live.
That life is now. And my purpose is to be a beacon that illuminates your path and helps you rediscover yourself, love yourself, and create the life you desire, based on love for yourself and for life.
