I am Paula Antognoli. I was born in Tandil, Argentina, and immigrated to Italy 11 years ago. I am a Gestalt psychologist and holistic therapist.

For over 13 years, I have been accompanying people in processes of profound transformation through Family Constellations, Reiki, Ancestral Holistic Massage, energy cleansing, and spiritual healing retreats that promote balance between body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

I deeply believe that healing is remembering. Therefore, my mission is to help you remember who you are in essence, to return to your truth, to your deepest nature, letting go of burdens that do not belong to you and reconnecting with what truly resonates within you.

For over four years, I have been part of the teaching team for Alejandra Cicoria’s Family Constellations training. The Transformation Retreats we offer in Argentina, Italy, and Peru integrate ancestral South American practices and rituals and family constellations, inviting you to return to your origins, where the spirit remembers, the body lets go, and love flows once again through ancient rivers.

I share safe, loving, and conscious spaces where you will be able to look at your story with new eyes, release what no longer serves you, and take steps toward a more authentic, lighter, and more in tune with your soul.
