At Super Chill Retreats, we want to make sure you have all the information clearly outlined before purchasing our services. Below, we explain how we handle cancellations and refunds depending on the type of subscription or service purchased.

1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased at Super Chill Retreats are non-refundable once payment has been completed. Access to the services included in the subscription is granted once payment is confirmed. The services included in each subscription (for example, number of posts or retreat promotions) must be used within the validity period of the contracted subscription. Once this period has ended, any unused services will not be carried over to future periods and will be considered expired.

2. Advertisement Modifications
Users may request up to three (3) modifications to the information published in the contracted advertisements. These modifications are subject to availability and approval by Super Chill Retreats, which may adapt texts and formats to maintain editorial and style consistency on the website.

3. Scope of Service (Promotion and Visibility)
Super Chill Retreats provides services for the promotion and visibility of retreats and professional profiles. We do not organize events, nor do we act as a travel agency, intermediary, or contracting party between organizers and participants. Any booking, terms, changes, or cancellations of the retreat are managed directly by the organizer.

4. No Guarantee of Results
Subscription and promotion services (including Promo Express) are provided on a best-efforts basis to increase visibility. No minimum number of visits, clicks, inquiries, sales, or bookings is guaranteed. Under no circumstances will Super Chill Retreats be held liable if a retreat does not secure reservations or fails to achieve specific commercial objectives.

5. Advertising on Digital Platforms
Super Chill Retreats promotional campaigns (including, but not limited to, Promo Express or any other promotional action) are carried out through Super Chill Retreats’ official advertising accounts on third-party platforms (for example, Meta/Facebook and Instagram Ads).

Clients will not have direct access to these accounts or ad managers. Reports, metrics, and relevant results may be shared by Super Chill Retreats to the extent deemed necessary, but ownership, control, and management of the campaigns remain exclusively with Super Chill Retreats.

6. Content Provided by Professionals/Third Parties
Retreat and profile information is provided by the professionals themselves. They declare that the content is truthful, lawful, up to date, and that they hold the necessary rights (texts, images, trademarks). Super Chill Retreats does not assume responsibility for errors, omissions, changes, or cancellations made by third parties, nor for claims arising from such content.

7. Publication, Editing, and Removal of Content
Super Chill Retreats may slightly adapt texts and formats for style and usability. We reserve the right to suspend or remove publications that violate the law, third-party rights, or these terms, without any entitlement to a refund. The up to three (3) modifications per publication previously mentioned remain in place, subject to availability.

8. Technical Issues and Availability
While we work to ensure continuity of service, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical incidents will not give rise to refunds, without prejudice to our ability to reasonably extend publication periods.

9. External Links and Services
The website may include links to third-party sites. Super Chill Retreats does not control or assume responsibility for their content, terms, policies, or availability, nor for bookings or payments made outside of our website.

10. Editorial Content, Articles, and Recommendations
From time to time, Super Chill Retreats may publish articles, reviews, or recommendations on its website or social media channels regarding retreats, events, professionals, or brands, independently of subscription and promotional services. Such content is purely informative and/or subjective, reflecting the editorial opinion or criteria of Super Chill Retreats.

The inclusion of an event, brand, or professional in an article or post does not constitute a commercial relationship (unless expressly stated) nor imply any guarantee, verification, or responsibility regarding the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Any inquiries, bookings, or claims related to such events or brands must be directed to their respective organizers or representatives.

If any person, professional, or entity mentioned in an editorial article or publication wishes to request its removal or modification, they may contact us at info@superchillretreats.com. Super Chill Retreats will review the request and, if appropriate, remove or update the publication within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., widespread hosting outages, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.). In such cases, we may reschedule publications or grant reasonable credit for a new promotion window.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations establish otherwise.
